To ensure standards and safety, we use Pilkington Automotive as our main parts supplier – a world-leader in automotive glazing – and Auto Calibrate/Hella Gutmann equipment for ADAS calibrations. All kits and tools used throughout our network are thoroughly evaluated and meet our high expectations. Glass parts used always meet 43R European specifications.

We operate a comprehensive automotive glazing training programme too, which all technicians follow, covering electric/hybrid vehicles and ADAS calibrations. Technicians are continually assessed and developed to ensure they can always deliver a top notch service. Customers consistently give our technicians 9 out 10.

An annual ‘Clearly the Best’ technician competition promotes excellence and a lifetime guarantee is given on all our glass repair and replacement work.
