I joined Auto Windscreens 21 years ago as a call centre agent and I have spent most of my working life in contact centres. As my career progressed with Auto Windscreens, I had the opportunity to explore the Network Operations side of the business and understand fully the end-to-end customer journey. My role is to look after Service Delivery, including Contact Centre, Compliance Team, Supply Chain, Business Validation, Support Team and Resource Planning. I’ve lived in Chesterfield my whole life and I am married with two children who both work for Auto Windscreens, after completing an apprenticeship with AW, Megan is now a Resource Planning analyst and Oliver works part time alongside his sixth form study. Away from work, I love to socialise with family and friends, and go on holiday.

Since joining Auto Windscreens in 2001 as a contact centre agent, I’ve taken on a variety of roles that established my understanding of our business from the ground up. Chesterfield has always been my home, where I share life’s joys with my husband and our two children, or should I say two young adults! As the Director of Service Delivery, I’m entrusted with guiding our contact centre, supply chain, resource planning, ADAS, business validation, and our supportive MI, compliance, and training teams. My diverse experience ensures that I approach challenges with a unique perspective, all while fostering a friendly and professional environment. I’m dedicated to ensuring our services run smoothly and efficiently, always with our clients in mind.

Since joining Auto Windscreens in 2005 as a Technician in North London, I’ve experienced a rewarding progression that has seen me serve in roles such as Regional Technical Trainer, Branch Manager, Area Manager, and Regional Manager, before stepping into my current position as Operations Director. Now, my responsibilities extend to overseeing all operational facets of the business, including our Technical and Training departments. I’m also excited to be spearheading the development of our Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) calibration capacity, as well as managing our Customer Care team. Living in East Hertfordshire with my wife and three children, my life outside of work is vibrant. I’m an avid football fan – both as a spectator and player – and have a passion for music. However, what I cherish most is quality time spent with my family. With a focus on operational excellence and customer satisfaction, I’m committed to leading our team towards continual growth and success.

Starting my career journey in 2003 as a trainee technician at Auto Windscreens, I now proudly lead our vehicle fleet, facilities, health & safety, and quality. Additionally, I oversee our sales team and am devoted to minimising our environmental footprint. While my roots trace back to Leicester, I now live in Chesterfield with my wife Danielle and two sons, Dominic and Mason. Outside the office, I enjoy time with family and friends, and occasionally, you’ll find me at the racetrack, fuelling my passion for motorsport. Friendly and dedicated, I’m committed to driving our business forward.

Starting in 2013 as a management accountant at Auto Windscreens, I’ve climbed the ranks to now serve as the Finance Director. I bring to this role a diverse skill set honed through previous positions as a commercial accountant and financial controller. A Derby native, I’ve called Sheffield home for the past 12 years, where I live with my wife and two young kids. When I’m not knee-deep in spreadsheets or strategising with our senior management team, I love to run, play football, and catch any sport that’s on TV. Focused on the road ahead, I bring a strong commitment to not only advancing our business objectives but also deepening our relationships with business partners.
