15,000 Trustpilot reviews and counting!
We have surpassed 15,000 reviews on Trustpilot. We are rated ‘Excellent’ on the website and have a 4.6 TrustScore.
Additionally, our Net Promoter Score, which gauges customer satisfaction and loyalty, is currently 79, compared to 75 in 2020, while our Customer Service Index, taken from surveys, has remained a constant 91% for the past two years.
We were benchmarked by the Institute of Customer Service (ICS) last year, and our UK Customer Satisfaction Index score was 90.6/100, compared to 77.1 for other service companies, while our call centre rating was 90.2/100. Within fifteen months of joining the ICS, we were the first in the industry to achieve ‘ServiceMark’, a national standard only held by 72 UK organisations.
Claire Church, Auto Windscreens’ Director of Service Delivery, said: “We’re very proud of our customer satisfaction record and to have reached more than 17,000 reviews on Trustpilot, with 82% of them ‘excellent’ and a 4.6 TrustScore, is a testament to the hard work of our team in our service centres, on the road and in our contact centre.
“Our customers are making a ‘distress purchase’, sometimes after an upsetting incident, so it’s always been important to us to be there to help drivers as quickly and efficiently as possible, and to provide the quality and excellent standards we’re known for.”
