Auto Windscreens is clear on compliance
Auto Windscreens is the first windscreen provider to join the r2c network
Auto Windscreens becomes crystal clear on compliance with r2c Online’s digital platform
Auto Windscreens has become the first windscreen provider to join the r2c Online network, adopting its digital compliance management platform. Sitting alongside the platform, the UK’s leading automotive glass repair and replacement provider, has also signed up to the i2i’ auto-’SMR’ authorisation module.
With a nationwide fleet of mobile service units, a team of over 300 technicians and 30 fitting hubs, Auto Windscreens chose the digital platform to support their best practice maintenance and compliance requirements.
Rupert Armitage, Managing Director of Auto Windscreens, said, “We’re delighted to be working with r2c Online and to be the first company in our field to align ourselves to these products. We pride ourselves on providing the best service to our clients and these platforms will help us provide a more seamless journey for them.”
The r2c platform will streamline Auto Windscreen’s vehicle maintenance and compliance management, with real-time functionality and communication with a connected network of over 18,000 nationwide users.
The additional i2i module combines simplicity with sophistication, meaning Auto Windscreens can accurately price repair work through menu driven pricing and automate both the authorisation and invoicing process for all service, maintenance and repair (SMR) work.
Jason Fitzgerald, Sales Director at r2c Online, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Auto Windscreens on board and really look forward to working with them. Our product specialists are continuously working to ensure our platform provides the industry-wide solution for best practice compliance, and signing up new customers like Auto Windscreens really confirms that r2c are the go-to for fleets and repairers of all sizes.”
